I'm working on a project with a few other erotica writers, and we're interested in finding a few good erotic artists who would like to get their work seen.

Anyone out there who has any work they'd like to get out there, drop me a pm and I can give you a few details. :)

How shy dear? You certainly don't have to use your real name on anything if you don't want to...

what kind of erotic art? I'm interested in hearing your ideas.

I never think my stuff is good enough.

Well, like you, I have had a problem with my creativity and believing that it was good enough, like lots of people. <we are not along> We have these deep underlying beliefs that we are judged by our art, by our acts of creativity and these cause blocks in our life, and stifle us on so many different levels.

A friend told me about this book that I should check out a couple of times and I always blew him off. I mean really, what could some book do for me? Well, one day I was at the bookstore and said, what the hell, I'll get it. I opened it up and it has changed my life.

It's called The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron.

It's a twelve week program that takes you through a process of reclaimining your creativity. The changes are real, as I've found and much of my life, not just the creative side is better off for it.

If you hadn't noticed, I highly recommend it.

I'd like more details too. Since we're all interested why not put the details out here?

A gf and I are putting together a small zine of erotic stories, and we're interested in finding artists interested in illustrating it. At this point it is just in the idea stage, but if all goes well, I could see it being a paid thing within a few months. (Copies would be supplied so that you could use them for a portfolio, etc.)

Someone asked what kind of art...I'm pretty open to what ever you might think would work? We could do something where the art coincides with the stories, or we could do something where they are totally independent of each other.

Any other questions?

Then I think I am going to be reading it!

Thank, perky.

There are a lot of great photographers here....but I'm wondering if you are crossing some sort of line once photographs are involved?

I don't know...what line would be crossed if it is all done by private individuals? Like copywrites and stuff??

Can I nominate perky_baby

:D

I happen to know she can draw with some of the best erotic artists out there.

Also SensualPilgrim has an eye for erotic drawings and such. He posts mostly in the Playground but I have seen his work first hand and there is so much detail.

Peace,
Tulip

I'm just thinking about legalities and when it becomes "quote, unquote" pornographic.
