Any editors who know UK English?

Hiya

I know this is a US dominated site but are there any volunteer editors who understand the UK version of English? (e.g. colour instead of color) I ask because I am England born and bred lol

I am dyslexic and dyspraxic and although Ive got the creativity, sometimes I find it hard to express a scene. Are there any editors who specialise in:

Spelling (although my spelling is my biggets strength)
Grammar
Sentence structure
Any ideas for development into dialogue or scenes
