Yeah, this is likely, but not necessarily, a politically laden farce.

So, a startup pharmacy (likely a total fraud) loudly launch what they claim is a vaccine against sissification. It's not cheap either.

Proponents and early adopters claim it's the greatest thing ever, as they have been able to avoid becoming sissies. Some even say they can do, well, sissy things (like wearing frilly panties) without giving up their alpha male card (well, at least in their own mind).

Opponents say, it does nothing at best, or actually work in reverse, being a conspiracy to sissify men.

Where's the story?

Well, one easy is, a guy "doing his own research" decide to test it onto himself. Of course, he has to seek out circumstances whereas he's under risk for sissification to test it, right?

I envision the results would be inconclusive, as in he would himself continue to claim it does indeed work, while at least part of readers would disagree claiming he had instead become a sissy by the end.

You could also run with MLM as a theme, either parodically or taking it straight. (Yes, yes, I can see the pun there - you know what I meant). As a stereotypical polar opposite of the sissy theme, that, or alpha male, pick-up artist, Dom, or other possible approaches/stereotypes/themes might be a in-story stated success(es) of the 'vaccine' regardless of other factors. "So the Dom loves to have his subs peeling his bloomers off with their mouths! The vaccine works!"

Oh that's interesting. Perhaps style it like a blog/journal/newspaper report. Each part would be him describing in detail what he did to try and sissify himself. He reports on what he's done then gives an opinion which is usually that he doesn't feel any different. The final entry would be him going over everything he's done over the course of the story then giving the final verdict that it works because he didn't really enjoy anything he did and he doesn't really feel like a sissy. If you want readers to disagree on the verdict you'd need to go hard on each entry.

Think of it like if you asked someone this question: If a man let several other men bust a load in his ass just because he wanted to see if he'd like it and he came to the conclusion that he didn't dislike it. Is he gay?

Some would say no because he didn't like it. Others would say yes because he willingly let other men do that to him. Also if he were straight then he'd definitely hate it.
