Another recipe for you.

So I've been told by one of my friends that I have got to try Skirt Steak in Mojo Sauce. I have never had anything in Mojo Sauce but decided what the hell. I looked around online and found a recipe for the sauce and within minutes had a batch made.

Into a Ziploc went the Meat and the Marinade. I got most of the air out and sealed it. Moving things around I made sure the meat was well covered then placed it in the fridge overnight.

This afternoon I pulled the meat out of the fridge and fired up the grill. A couple of minutes on each side and the meat was cooked. It was allowed to sit for a couple of minutes then cut into servings. It was accompanied by Garlic Bread and Mixed Veggies.

Let me tell you, that Skirt Steak turned out fantastic. Tender and with a great flavor.

1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon dried Oregano
6 Garlic Cloves pressed
Salt and Pepper to taste

Okay I admit I used some Cayenne Pepper instead of Black Pepper, and I used pasted Garlic instead of pressed Garlic.

Oh this sauce can be used on damned near any kind of meat including Pork and Poultry.

Last night I tossed about a dozen Chicken Drumettes in the Mojo Sauce. They are on the grill now and smell fantastic. I'll let you know how they turn out.
