Well, I am pretty new here but........
It's my opinion that if anyone wants to participate
here they should be registered. It's not such a big deal to sign up. If some wish to just read these forums and not want to register, they also don't need to post. I note that lots of the flames are from the unregistered.

I agree....
While posting unregistered has it's merits in anomymity, I don't realy understant the committment issue. What would one be so scared of committing, just by registering? It is not like you are putting your personal private information on the line here.
(who says we can't lie about it god forbid).
Why not make two names, one you use most of the time, and another you use just when you don't want to be the you that you have projected on the board. The whole goofus, and gallant personna isn't that respected when it comes to proper board manners.
I really don't get what the big fuss is about, if you had to pay something in the begining, then it would be a different story, but personally I just don't think the addtion of unregistered brings anything meaningful to our little fete champetre here.
