Hollywood’s top Native American producer is a fake, activists claim

One of Hollywood’s leading Native American figures is being accused of faking her claims of Cherokee heritage, The Post can reveal.

Award-winning Heather Rae, 56, serves on the Academy of Motion Pictures’ Indigenous Alliance, previously headed up the Sundance Institute’s Native American program and claims “my mother was Indian and my father was a cowboy.” Multiple prior news reports have also cited her as having a Cherokee mother.

But a watchdog group called the Tribal Alliance Against Frauds is now demanding the Academy and the producer drop her “false claims” while activists insist she’s at best 1/2048th Cherokee.

The group accuses her of profiting from usurping “real American Indian voices and perspectives” and being a fraudulent so-called “Pretendian.”

More than one of these phonies have been exposed in Hollywood.

It's Hollywood. The place were people go to pretend to be someone else and earn millions from doing it while claiming to be oppressed by each other and saying the fans who idolize them are the reason why.

The funny part is when they try to step out of their area of expertise to claim vast knowledge about how the world should work.

There's a street in Hollywood where people pay thousands of dollars to have a mark on the pavement with their name, so they think they're being memorialized by the public. In reality it's the ultimate narcissism.

Trump bought a mark there so everybody who saw it wouldn't forget he did a fake reality show.

Nice reporting, you overweight shit donkey.

Ps, who fucking cares?

There's a street in Hollywood where people pay thousands of dollars to have a mark on the pavement with their name, so they think they're being memorialized by the public. In reality it's the ultimate narcissism.

Prove he bought it. There is a nomination process one has to go through in order to get a star on the Walk of Fame. The final word is up to the Los Angeles Chamber Of Commerce.

And?

I have my name on my mailbox. Some people have placards on their house with the family name on it. Other people have businesses boldly proclaiming their name on the sign.

What those things (and others too) mean is that you're a fucking idjit for trying to say that Trump wanting a star on the walk of fame is unusual behavior.

Lol You missed his entire point and then got indignant about it.

No I didn't miss his point since it's obvious that he's trying to say Trump is narcissistic because he has his name on the Walk Of Fame.

Which completely omits "Trump Tower", "Trump Steaks", and all the other things Trump put his name on.

Items which other people ALSO put their name on but which aren't generally considered narcissistic unless you're biased against Trump and insist on pointing that out by cherry picking your talking points.

On the other hand you totally missed that point, din't ya?

Did you pay $50-55K to put your name on your mailbox? A mailbox has a function beyond self-glorification.

Fuck your feelings (sorry to upset anyone, I'm practising being anti-woke).

I already said you missed the point, no need to drive it home.

Try reading Q5.
I know, reading is hard when you're poorly educated.
Yes, I saw that but it's not proof that Trump paid for his. Remember an application is made and the final judge in the Chamber of Commerce. So, instead of braying my lack of education just produce the receipts showing "he" paid for his, and if he did show how is that different or unique from what everyone else has done on the Walk of Fame.

Lol, this from someone who regularly can't find his teeth in the morning, as is obvious from his mumblings even over the interwebz.

Dam, I never knew sidewalks had a different function other than for displaying names.

It's not like people don't walk on them or anything. Or that people come to look at the plaques inset into them and spend scads of money while they do it.

In the end what this entire conversation comes down to is that you're stupid. You display obvious anti-Trump bias in public then you flail and squirm in order to deny that you're biased while trying to justify your bias at the same time and then tell yourself that it's the other guy who doesn't get it.

I've been called stupid by better lawyers than you.
Fuck your feelings.
