Another Newbie Question: Removing Posted Work

Hey all you Editors and Source Code Gurus!

I'm an HTML Retard, so you're gonna have to talk down to me a little here, but I absolutely don't mind.

How do you "take down" a story or poem that's already been archived on Lit?

Here's whatcha do. Send a pm to Laurel, giving her the exact title(s) of what you want removed. She'll take care of it for you. Technical, huh?

How do you "take down" a story or poem that's already been archived on Lit

Step one: Write ahort request to have yur story removed. Reasons are useful, but all that is required is "please remove this story."

Step Two: Submit your request <B>as if it were a story.</b> Use the exact title of the story you want removed with "DELETE" added to it either before or after the original title.

Step three: be patient. It will take about 24-72 hours for Laurel to find it in the story submission queue. and remove the story.
