Another important thread.

Folks who eat “bubble and squeak” or “spotted dick” ain’t too concerned about the difference between ketchup and tomato sauce. Just sayin’.

Bubble and squeak is lovely if it's made right. Haven't had it in ages. Probably because I never buy cabbage.

And a couple of slices of bacon...

My local dogwalker's burger van, currently non-operational because of Coid, offers whatever you like in a bap, covered with Heinz tomato sauce.

It is popular because all the ingredients (except the sauce) come from local farms and are delicious.

"Heinz Tomato Sauce" is called "Ketchup" or "Catsup" depending on the region.

Says so, right on the label.

I believe Heinz Ketchup and Heinz Tomato Sauce are very different. Not sure what you're saying here?

Do you mean Heinz "Ketchup" says it right on the bottle? Sauce is for pasta.

It's a sauce made from tomatoes

Also, catsup is a ridiculous word.

I’m barbequeing right now. Home made burgers smell so good.

thick slices of red onion cooked on top of the patties is your tip du jour.

They sure do.

I make homemade bread at least twice a week now. Pizza bases or frybread. It's so easy when you know how. Plus I have a KitchenAid stand mixer. Too easy.
