Another 'how to' question from a newbie..

Oh my gosh, I am so embarrased.. I've been watching ya'll from the sidelines for months now, but I've been too shy to post anything, 'specially with the way some of the newbies get eaten up.. I promise I won't post too often as you all request, but I have a stupid question. Sometimes when I'm reading a thread I can tell it's one that people are currently up-to-that-very-minute bantering on.. is there a way to make the posts continue w/o hitting 'refresh'to get the new dialog from whoever posts next? Does this make sense? If the 'how to's' are listed anywhere in Literotica please direct me on the location. Thanks so much in advance. P.S. If my smilies don't work in this post can someone tell me how to do them correctly, I cut and pasted them from that smilies site everyone uses..
