Those were not "deportations." Calling them deportations was not a clerical error, but deliberately shoddy accounting.

By no means would Obama have been allowed to deport that many Democrat voters. It didn't happen. the left would have been screaming if Obama was actually departing people in those numbers but he wasn't. They knew it, which is why they raised zero fuss about it. The numbers for that graph were fabricated exclusively for useful idiots. Like you.

This confusion enables political spin, too. If you want to portray Obama as weak on enforcement, use the removal numbers, which, compared to his predecessors, are lower. If you want to make Obama look tougher on enforcement, combine the return and removal numbers (like George W. Bush apparently did) or use the now meaningless “deportation”; both moves would conflate return and removal — and boost the overall number of expulsions.

This is a straw man argument.

The issue with his immigration status is relevant because he'd been deported TWICE and still managed to come back and kill 2 people while driving drunk and being a public menace. Enforcement of the law tends to curtail larger transgressions.
