Another forum upgrade - Hurray!

Hi everyone. We upgraded the forum again today.

Please let us know if you have any new problems after the upgrade. Hopefully it should fix more problems than it causes, but you never know until you try it.

I may be doing a couple more upgrades later tonight, so don't get mad if the forum blinks a few times!
