Happy Anniversary to both of you.
I wish you many, many more anniversaries, no matter how you count them.
You can, of course, celebrate the anniversaries of your first contact, your first actual meeting, the proposal, the engagement party, etc.
Even after 30+ years I can remember and celebrate all those even if I'm a bit shaky on the actual dates of some of them. I know which month they're in so I never miss them, but the day? Sometimes I'm a day out but as I'm always early I get forgiven. The shared memories are more important than the dates.
Next year you can celebrate the anniversary of your first anniversary, a day earlier than the actual second anniversary, and have two parties.
