Sounds fun too! I have very occasionally worn a basque instead of a garter belt, which felt amazing but more conspicuous, and also net stockings whether patterned or fishnet. Hi sweetie, welcome to the Sissy Help Line. Hmm, lot to unpack there.

To your main question, wear soft things without structure (panties, slips, half-slips, camisoles) under your man-clothes and you'll be fine. Avoid underwire bras, bustiers, etc. that are harder to hide under clothes (can be done but takes more experience). Stockings are also good but wear socks over them or your ankles will give you away.

Have to comment on your statement: "My wife knows nothing about my fem side or that I am gay." Are you that sure? I understand about rationalizing the tell-tale signs away and being unaware of your spouse's inclination but if you are truly gay, not bisexual, I would bet money that she knows. Apparently she has come to terms with this situation because she loves you or other factors. I assume you don't have a sex life now and it was very limited in the past considering your sexual orientation.
