I have always dealt with anxiety but this pandemic has really caused me stress. I tried antidepressants, but Venlafaxine wasn’t right for me, I started suffering from tiredness, headaches, and nausea (having checked the description on the Canadian pharmacy site, I found out that these were side effects). And I heard the same thing about Xanax from several people, that was one of the reasons why I didn't start taking it. I'm going to try yoga and meditation, I read that it might work.Weird I was just about to start a thread to see if anyone else has clinical anxiety and depression.
I was diagnosed with anxiety in 2003. I was put on Celexa, which initially helped. Over the years it has gotten worse. I'm in a wheelchair and can't do a lot of things. So the simple things that no one thinks about worry me. I have been depressed about the same time. My doctor says I have severe depression. I have terrible feelings of dread. That I'll die alone. Covid and these past few months haven't helped. And I still feel a missing piece from someone I met here who disappeared. I have been crying a lot. Sometimes that actually helps, but it's been a rough week. I'm on Klonopin, Cymbalta and a few other things.
DON'T TAKE XANAX!!! I was on it and it worked okay, but it's a bitch to get off of them.
Most women can benefit from more penis in their diet.
Growing herbal remedies in a garden can be therapy before anything is harvested. Packing herbs into pills is unnecessary work. Before the pill industry treated depression... well there was ice pick lobotomy, pervert doctors inducing orgasms, hysterectomy, people spending their entire lives in institutions or on the streets, and gallons of snake oil.
You could take st johns wort, which is pretty much the same as taking citalopram but you can pretend it isn't.
One healthy ingredient that is missing from many lives is social support, especially during pathogen scares. People need human contact. Internet likes are junk food as social support.
