Seriously Abs, you got a great tool right here. Like everybody was saying you shouldn't hold it in. So when you get angry and feel you can't communicate well and stuff, write it in here and why your angry. If you don't say it too well we will understand and if you feel you did say it well, got it off your chest and feel better, reward yourself. A cup of tea, a glass of wine, whatever works for you, and a few moments of peace and quiet to reward yourself for getting through your anger in a good way.
