I'm broken up that my Chiefs lost, but since I'm a devote Schottenheimer follower, I was pleased to see the Chargers beat the Raiders.

I watched after the Stars / Caps game... Very good game.. Great to see Tim doing so well now in the post season after watching him tear up the PCL with my Trappers for all those years.

But a four hour game? Sheesh.. I know baseball is supposed to be timeless and such but I can only imagine that hardly anyone in the east coast with only a passing interest had turned it off way before the 8th inning dramatics.

I had it on in the background up until the 7th, because, I was here. I can't post & watch at the same time, because, my comp. is facing in the wrong direction.

Age - yes, the Chargers did beat them..serves them right for getting rid of Marty. The Browns did too...and look where they are!

Lion - I grew up in the Northeast, spent most of my time there, and the extra long World Series games and Monday night games always seemed not worth staying up for (and then I'd miss something exciting). Fortunately, Lit seems to be a great distraction from extra-long games.

Damn. I'm just having a bad day, game wise. 1st, I missed my Jets winning. Then, I miss the Angels win. Although, I'm happy they both won. Probably the last game the Jets will win, this season.

Oh, you'll love Marty until January rolls around. Or until the Chargers play Denver. Or both.

It looks like an exciting series. It's the first series in 9 years without either the Yankees or Indians, so my emotions aren't engaged as they usually are. I still expect the Giants will win, but I'm not gung ho about it.

both my parents are huge Browns fans, I'm a Chiefs fan...I am quite familiar with poor Marty's post-season record. Maybe the Cali sun will change that?

I'm diggin' on the Angels winning tonight. I've said all along that I wanted them in the W.S. I'm glad they made it, and I'm crossing my fingers that they'll win it all.
