The only thing I know is he apparently makes content about being financially successful and seen a couple of videos where he's in them, but didn't find them at all interesting or worth a full watch.

In response to these claims, Tate denied the allegations in a 2023 interview, stating, “I know I’ve never hurt anybody. It’s not in my nature to hurt people.”

So from your sources, I see Tate denying the allegations, and authorities (despite repeatedly arresting him on accusations) not pursuing charges, and literally claiming the evidence given to them is so poor there is no realistic scenario of convictions.
