A question. It seems quite likely that a US court or mebbe a Congressional committee may ask/require Andrew to give evidence. Trump could not pardon him but could he prevent Andrew from entering the USA as an undesirable foreigner/immigrant. Could a court/Congress then invite Andrew to give evidence by video from the UK.

British Prisoners if anything are less tolerant. The Brits and Australians call pedophiles 'rock spiders' They are isolated from other prisoners but still tend to die prematurely.
