What is the WORST song you have in your old record collection? I may have you all beat with "Billy Don't Be A Hero".

"Little Willy" by the Sweet (I think). I'd have to dust it off and check the old beat-up label to be sure.

I think I have one called "Bumble Boogie", too...another one of those oddball 45's I have around here.

Hey Nitelight...I've got Disco Duck, too...forgot about that one. ;)

.... not to mention 'Who Do You Think You Are', the follow-up hit by Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods.....

I have an album from KC and the Sunshine band.

Oh dear...a 45 by the Partridge family.. a few by Bobby Sherman..Puppy Love by Donny Osmond

(Wincing)

Sugar, Sugar by the Archies. A 45. I think it was given to me by the aliens who abducted me as a good conduct prize; I can't think that I wasted good money on it.

Really. I couldn't have . . .

Ok I am gonna come right out and say it. Please no one look down on me for this. It was 91' I was young and had issues and I bought............MC Hammer " YOU can't Touch this" and Vanilla Ice's " To the Extreme". OH the horror the agony the disgrace at the fact that I actually remember the album titles. ( Hangs head in shame)

Okay I have one that I wish I didn't have
Milli Villi. I have the whole damn album, ummm I wonder if that thing is a collector's item now..

ABBA - Waterloo.
Duran Duran - Rio.

I'm doing penance by listening to Creed. This guy's voice makes me hot. More than you wanted to know, I'm sure. ;)

ROFL at you guys. I love those songs! Disco Duck is cool. And Juliangel, I would happily take your K.C. off your hands! Bobby Sherman, Bumble Boogie, and Little Willy, wow! If I had those, I would take them to work. We love to play those awful old songs and dance around. LOL The lab manager is very fond of disco, and keeps threatening to get a disco ball for the lab! LOL

I have a 45 of Cher's "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves". If that doesn't make me the winner, I can pull out "The Night the Lights Went Out In Georgia." Dare me. Go ahead....Dare me.

I think Cher wins, hands down.

You heard me, put your hands down. Noooo! Don't play it, please! Oh, the horror!

*hestitantly lifting hand...*

I have staying alive by the BeeGees. Live. *sighing mournfully*

Barney's Favorites.

Yeah, the big purple dinosaur. Beat that.

How about a pair of Muppet Show albums? they include such classics as "Manamena" and "I'm in love with a big blue frog."

Hmmm I also have the Gyspies, Tramps, and Thieves 45, the Grease soundtrack album. Cleaning out some cassetttes the other day found my kids Strawberry Shortcake and Friends cassette and these silly sing-along-songs with Mitch cassette...

My "wake up, you idiot" CD that I listen to in the early hours has all of them - Billy Don't be a Hero, The Night Chicago Died, Chevy Van, Hooked on a Feeling (Blue Suede version with all the ooga-chugga's), Afternoon Delight, and Run, Joey, Run. And I listen to it everyday. That must make me the winner.

JadedHeart

I would have smiled more at this answer if I hadn't just downloaded (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction two days ago.

Any of you actually have the record player to play these treasures on? Pack-rats, pack-rats, one and all, unite! Let us clean out our garages and attics. This weekend! Bonfire for the millenium. The worst I have is the old ABC Dunhill Steppenwolf recording. The album whose vinyl was so flimsy that it belonged in one of Salvidore's works.

See ya!
