And her name shall be?

I know where that image came from (and, no, I don't know her name). It was one frame of a dancing girl "desktop accessory" for the 1st-generation Apple Macintosh, in 1984. The name of the artist/developer was "Saenz", I believe. She's contorted like that as she was gyrating in her dance.

I thought she was looking wistfully at a man who she wanted to drop some dough on her. It's that, "If you got enough cabbage, you can have me for half an hour or so."

Who remembers Melissa and Suzy, from Strip Poker back in the mid-80s?

There was also an animated CanCan Dancer created by a french artist, but I haven't seen it in years.

Presumably they wouldn't have made the same impression on you as they did on a generation of teenage boys in the pre-internet porn era. It was around the same time that Leisure Suit Larry was also considered racy.

That game was one of my biggest disappointments as a teenager. I had heard all kinds of stuff about it, and when I finally got to play it, it was about as racy as the bra ads in the newspaper.

But were you playing it on a green or amber monochrome monitor?

The problem was that it was mostly fantasy, as teenage boys could not find teenage girls to play it with. People over twenty-one, maybe more so.

Well, this quote was hers and not a writers. She has some great ones. Norma Jeans always been one of my role models. Not that I have her looks, body shape, nor am I an actress. But damn it, other than her last year or so, she rocked.
I think she's Dorothy, as in Dorothy Parker. “Brevity is the soul of lingerie.” Never call her Dottie, however.

Behind, Crystal, Tiffany, Amber, Brandy, Lola, Candy (is dandy), or Cherry. All hail the Cherry slut dancing on the center stage.

Maybe it's Gertrude, but I doubt anybody has received that moniker since about 1940. Gertie sounds like somebody soldiers in Word War II would write home to.

Darlin' Nikki, I think she was a sex fiend. She had so many devices and Nikki started to grind.

That song was the impetus of a morals campaign against some radio and music.
