anal training

Well first, research, research, and oh yeah research. Find out everything there is to know about anal sex, what can be done and what you never touch with a thousand foot pole. After that, ideally you ask her.

Yes fine she is submissive, just she is submissive until she doesn't want to be. In other words ask the poor woman what she likes, what she can stand, and what will have her packing up and going home.

There is no universal answer to life, BDSM isn't any different. What works on one person won't on a different. So you find out everything you can on something, and then ask her, or him if you go that way. See no matter what, sex is done with two or more people.

So first thing you do is figure out what is possible, then you ask what everyone else involved will do. Once you find that out it's a matter of deciding what will happen this time.

Most adult stores will have a variety pack of butt plugs. Note: they also have some butt plugs that will go up into what I can only call "OMFGYMBFK" or "humour only" section. Don't think anything they sell is possible. I suggest against thinking fisting is possible.

Anal-eze is not really a great idea. It's a desensitizer that numbs nerve endings. It might seem like a great idea, but consider this, while exploring unknown realms, do you think it's better to NOT know when something starts to go wrong, or to know IMMEDIATELY when something starts to go wrong?
Plenty of lube that is "edible" is advisable. The rectum is actually a fast way into the bloodstream. Don't put anything in it you wouldn't either inhale or swallow. (anal-eze is more for advanced users)

For all that is precious, NEVER put a light bulb, or anything glass-like, like a bottle in the rectum. One moment of nervousness and the muscles there can shatter a champagne bottle. Easily.

Likewise, never put anything ignitable inside the ass.
It is discouraged to put anything "fizzy" in the ass. (E.G. Soda, Champagne, etc (because you NEVER put those in the pussy. It can kill).

The rectum can actually cause a vacuum that will draw in a regular dildo. It is very embarrassing to go to an ER and explain you have a dildo up your butt that can't come out. Guess what, there is no way to get it out except for the rectum to do what it does normally. Only a dildo has a flat base typically and that's the part that will come out first. Painfully. after a number of hours.

Take your time, ignore what you see done in Pornos (unless it's a "how to do anal sex" video. Use plenty of lube.

soft jelly-like butt plugs and the like are more advisable as they can bend to each individual's slightly different insides better than a hard plastic buttplug. However, be aware some people have allergies to the materials dildos and buttplugs are made from.

Let your recipient plenty of time to adjust to each size of butt plug before stepping up to a slightly larger size.

I suggest goggling "fistula" and "fissure" and look at all the ways that can happen if things go wrong from trying to go too fast.

You might also want to make sure your cell phone is fully charged and nearby, just in case something goes wrong. (911)

If you want to use a finger to explore there first, make VERY sure there are no stray cuticles sticking out. Those are hard pieces of skin that can cause very unpleasant/painful scratches. Finger nail extensions should never be used as they might fall off inside, always make sure the fingernails are trimmed, filed down so no sharp edges can be felt.

Nina Harley was a registered ER nurse before she became a porn star, she also did a bunch of "how to" porn videos that, while they are informative, tend towards clinical. Don't but/rent it thinking to get off from it. There is some special procedure of going into the rectum that most other "how to" videos miss.
I think it is to push towards the front of the body about an inch, then go upwards (follow the spine). This will allow the deepest penetration of the rectum of any penis like object.

general rule of thumb for cleanliness is for the recipient to abstain from eating about 12+ hours prior. Alternatively, if an enema is being used, use a purified or spring water to clean with. NEVER use tap water. Biological agents in tap water can cause ..*****blems. Never fully explained, but I trust Sasha Grey knew what she was talking about.

Don't consider this the end all be all of advice. learn everything you can and then some more.

Interesting thread thanks, meant to be trying this again soon and made me feel bit better about it

Lube and toys. Start with some finger play and move on to smaller toys to get her used to the feeling and to open her up a bit. Move on to bigger toys and then your cock. Go slow, be gentle and use lots of lube. Anal sex can b very rewarding for both people, but if she has a negative and painful first experience, that might turn her off to it for a long time, and we wouldn't want that.

What is the best way to begin anal training on a submissive?

communication and lube
then more communication and lube
and you might want a bit more lube
add even more communication
a dash of lube about here might be good
and finish off with a great big serving of communication...

A tip with a beginner, never put anything in the anus. Place the object such as a well lubed finger up next to the anus just making contact, then have the beginner slide onto the finger, that way the newbie is in charge of the "putting in". Trust can be built this way.

Oh, you might offer more lube.

Have fun.
