I mean there is no as much nerve in rectum as in vaginal canal or clitoris. So this pleasure should be just psychological.

It is not true that there are not enough nerve endings.
On the contray, the anal ring is one of body areas
that have the most dense nerve endings network from both pudendal and pelvic nerve branches.Only the clit has such a dense network and only from one nerve, the pudendal.
So, the sensations and the orgasmic reflexes they trigger are absolutely anatomically and physiologically justified.
