bare in mind(no pun intended) that its not always nessesary to have a enema befor anal sex,only if you feel full and cannot pass is it needed. now if your doing it for (fetisih) reasons then after the enema i would wait about 30 min after but remember... to help this along walk around abit and let gravity work to your advantage.Enjoy

I think of enemas as a fetish thing. In fact, thinking about it, when I've had an enema it has tended to lead to vaginal sex afterwards. Anal sex tends to be more spontaneous.

When I've had them, it's been a sort of iterative process - put the water in, wait, shit. Put the water in, wait, shit. Put the water in, wait, shit. About 5-6 times in total. That really gives you a good clear-out! He liked to push me right to the limit with them as well - fill me RIGHT up each time. Major cramping ensues.

I have an enema - it doubles as a douche - and I don't necessarily use it before anal sex.

Like Cattypuss said, anal is more of a random thing for me and it is not contingent upon an enema.

However, since I see my s/o once a week, I try to be as squeaky clean as possible, even more so now that he's improved his cunnilingus skills. In that case, whether or not I actually anticipate anal, I definitely use my enema to clean my rectum and I'll squirt water up my vagina to ensure that's free of any odor, et cetera.

So, I usually only go once (8 oz) and then call it good; if I feel like I have more to clear out, I'll have multiple rinses.

Unless you're super backed-up or runny, if you two are willing to do anal, you should be comfortable with a little bowel on the withdraw. If you are backed up that bad, get a glycerin suppository and take care of yourself.
