So....anal sex hurts...a lot. It feels great soon after, but it is a painful thing. Make sure you are using lots of water or silicon based lube and take it slow until she relaxes
That's assuming you get to that point. Maybe try starting with a small toy or your finger(s) it's an intimidating thing to try out (for the receiver especially). Another thing that makes it a tricky subject is cleanliness. She could be self conscious about odors or unpleasant sights during sex, which is understandable. This isn't a porno, it's real life. Anal isn't necessarily pretty (especially for amateurs).
Talk to her about your interest in it but don't be pushy. If she's not into it then she's not into it... but support her in taking a small step approach and throw so toys in the mix. You could start with a vibrator that also stimulates the anus and move toward small toy insertion. If she is enjoying it, slowly offer other suggestions but keep it in her comfort zone.
There's more to sex than physical action and sensations, so be respectful of what she's looking for and in time she will more open minded about trying new things. But do not beg her...do not be pushy...and do not get upset, angry, cold, or distant if she turns you down. It's her body after all.
