when you first finish a session your ass will be dialated a bit (depending on the size of the object inserted) that will quickly close up, you might be a little looser for a couple days but not enough to cause any problems.

You might expirience a bit of cramping as your bowels return to their proper size/shape but that should be fairly minor. The only way the movement itself would be affected ie consistancy etc is if you had a spurting cock inside you. to insert something else inside your ass it just pushes it up a bit further, perhaps a little bit of extra work to get it out next time you have to go but there again nothing major.

I agree with what mystic_Arrival had to say. In my experiences with anal sex, I haven't had any problems the next day, or even a few hours later...other than being deliciously sore. And that is a good thing, in my opinion.

It won't affect your bowel movements. Maybe the lube will make them a little softer, but that's all.

And no, it doesn't sound gross. It's a very valid question from someone about to embark on really enjoyable exploration.
