The short answer is, anal feels as different as vaginal feels from oral.

There are different muscle groups in the anus, some are voluntary and others are in voluntary. In other words the reciever can relax or constrict some muscles of the anus but has no control over the others.

Some women develop control of the musculature of the vagina , but it takes practice. The anus is a different story altogether. No practice is necessary!!
