I think I can relate. Most of the advice I can give is fairly obvious - use LOTS of lube, make sure you communicate, let her be in control, etc. I've been having anal for years, but it occaisonally hurts for no discernable reason. The biggest secret that is often overlooked? Have her push out as you push in. (as if she is having a BM) If you've used enough lube and she has stimulation on her clit, when she pushes out, there should be no pain.
