I'm curious as to which users here find more arousing in anal pics, videos, real life, etc. - when a woman getting fucked in the ass is grinning happily or otherwise looking very pleased as its happening, or when she looks like she's in agony and doesn't look like she can take another centimeter.

Personally, I think both types of anal faces have their appeal. The confidence of a woman who loves it up the ass so much that she's positively blissful as she's being split in half from behind is incredibly hot, but there's also something insanely sexy about a lady who's clearly bitten off more than she can chew and is in tears, screaming, or on the verge of passing out.

Which look gets you the most hot and bothered?

Why just women? I love getting my ass fucked, the bigger the dick the better. I have even had two up my ass at once.

No offense intended. Just asking from my own perspective, but I'm interested in hearing everyone's views.

For me its the open mouth eyes rolled back in her head what fuck have I gotten myself into look. That mix of pleasure and pain.

I don't see any women jumping into this, so wth.... I, personally, don't find the smiles of contentment believable. (Isnt that why they call it "painal"?) Maybe it has something to do with that nearly taboo subject of non-consent? Never the less, taboo or not, for me, I enjoy the ones where she doesnt look at all happy about it.

Maybe BDSMs like the look and sound of people in pain, but for me, not so much. Pain is the way your body is saying 'I am being damaged'. If you take pleasure in inflicting that on someone else or enjoy watching it then that makes you a sadist.
I get it that some people are into that but it gives me chills hearing it.

Interesting that you would label me a sadist without reading and understanding my previous post. This is why they don't hand out PHDs in Psychiatry to just anyone. What I said was, media in whatever form, call it porn if you like, isn't believable when the girls are all deliriously happy with having anal sex. There is a degree of pain involved no matter how much care is given. Acting is an art in which the performer's duty is to convince the audience that the story is real. The adult entertainment field should be held to the same standards, although it often is not. It is delusional to believe that all porn stars climax during filming, or that all erections are maintained for the duration of the filming process. It's a trick of the industry called "editing". Through editing, the viewer does not see the entire process the cast and crew endure to get the final print. Having spent years working in the profession of modeling and acting, perhaps I am more critical than some, but I prefer realism. The original post asked for an opinion, a critque, if you will. On the topic of sadism, I, personally, do not judge, nor do I fear, what I do not understand. For instance, I never understood the appeal of The Three Stooges, labeled as comedy, yet, the content was based largely on the principle of inflicting pain on others. Thousands, if not millions, even today, consider it classic entertainment. I feel the same way about feature films like "Halloween", "Saw", "A Nightmare on Elm Street", etc. They are unrealistic, and for me, a huge yawn. But I am not in the practice of labeling those who enjoy them as sadists. It should be noted that in none of those films do the actors smile during climatic scenes.

Sorry that you were so stung by my comment and I'd intended the 'you' to be 3rd person, not necessarily you. All the same, I guess I read this bit in the wrong light
"Never the less, taboo or not, for me, I enjoy the ones where she doesnt look at all happy about it."
The link I offered doesn't need a PhD to interpret.
"A sadist is someone who enjoys inflicting pain on others, sometimes in a sexual sense. Sadists like seeing other people hurt. A sadist is the opposite of a masochist, who enjoys being in pain. A sadist is all about hurting others, usually to get off sexually. However, this word is about more than sex."

Of course it's entertainment and of course anal sex can hurt if that is the intention. Whether or not the women are exaggerating with contorted faces and shouting "Oow" or putting up a hand to stop the guy bruising her liver, the viewer is deriving pleasure from the idea of it being painful - you know, like acting...

As I said, I totally understand if some people get off on that - both giving and receiving pain. I don't see that wearing a sadist label is something from which you should blanch.
EDIT
OK, since I seem to have caused some upset, lets say liking that stuff is a 'sadistic expression' rather than the viewer being a sadist. I think there is a perception that sadists go round pulling legs off dogs, but the definition doesn't support that.

Since this thread has derailed anyway, I'll just say how I feel.

My wife loves anal sex so I know it is pleasurable for women, but if I see painful faces I don't like it at all. That is because with sex trafficking so prevalent, I have to wonder if its consensual or not.

Anal sex between consenting adults is fine; sex trafficking of any kind, any gender is NOT!

Sticky: your point is taken, except that I would say I don't blanch at being called a sadist. My offense is in being labeled as anything without a clear understanding of the reasons behind my comment. My original post was not meant to imply anything other than the fact that I feel most of the happy-go-lucky clips display an unrealistic interpretation. As the post below your last one indicates, most people find anything that appears to border on non-consensual sex as taboo, and an unhappy participant does often imply that the actress is not consenting. It is my opinion that despite the taboo implication, I still prefer realism in print. This is a perfect example of where texting/posting loses the emotion of effective personal communication. Your preferences and mine are in direct conflict and there is no right or wrong view. But, I must say I do enjoy a good debate and you have made valid points on behalf of those who share your opinion. I am curious about your view on the television and films I mentioned previously. While sadism is perceived as being connected with sexual gratification in some way, do you see present day horror films/slasher films as being 'sadistic expression'? I ask in so much as you quoted sadism psychologically goes deeper than just sex. Just as Freud was fascinated by the mind of de Sade and others like him, yet never claimed to clearly understand him, I have read de Sade's complete works and am in agreement with you in the respect that de Sade took his fascination with pain beyond the sexual aspects of pleasure he derived from such acts. It seemed to me that the more violent the act, the more disorganized the thought process of his writing became. He seemed to deviate from the sex and became absorbed in the act of complete destruction. It seems to me that a true sadist has no regard for boundaries. Would you agree or disagree?

You've got the better of me with respect to those films and book, so I can't pretend to offer an informed view. I don't see how the medium has much bearing on the effect it may be intended to have on the viewer, but so much of literature is intentionally opaque allowing more than one interpretation.
Does the Marquis go beyond the role of sadist? Yes, he's showing psychopathic behaviour, having no sense of empathy or responsibility for his actions. His sadism was presumably just a facet of that.

Well put, and not just because it agrees with my own perceptions. You have peaked my curiosity regarding how others feel about their own sexual practices, especially in regard to fetishes. I have never started a new thread, but I think I will now. I would like to read your input on other subjects and more on this as well.

I love to see a woman really feeling whatever is happening to her. I have seen, and hate, those female performers who are silent, make no facial expressions and just lay there during sex, regardless of how attractive they may be physically. I love to see a woman who is excited, participating, and really into the sex. I assume the female performers have given consent for what they do. And I love to see a woman in pain from accepting a huge cock anally. I love to hear them talk to hear the pain in their voice. I love the moaning and groaning. I love the facial expressions. And I love it when they beg for more. I want to see a responsive woman.

I take no pleasure from giving pain and very little from receiving it.
Pain isn't the body's only way of telling us we are taking damage but it is one of the primary ways the body accepts, to begin whetting its appetite for pleasure. I don't know what the women are told as they are growing up but the boys in our family were told about coming into a time when the greatest pleasure we would ever know, would come from the source of our greatest pain.
And I gotta thank my wife for making me understand that tidbit of backfield Mexican folklore.

Nothing makes me hotter than seeing a partner blissfully enjoying themselves! I'll take a smiling face over a grimace all day. Anal isn't about pain to me. It's about intense pleasure derived from patience and trust.

My wife and I had a threesome yesterday with a friend of our who had her ass. The look of pure lust on her face was so exciting. Her eyes rolling back in her head, her mouth open but no sounds. Intermittent heavy breathing!
Then we got into a good rhythm and she said she was so full of cock. Her orgasm was very strong! She soaked us with her juices.
Then he stiffened up and came.
She let this long sexy moan out that seemed to last forever.
After she laid there trembling and thanking us for “ screwing her brains out!”
