Obviously, desensitizer is the intended word; i.e. a local anaesthetic applied to either postpone orgasm (and hence ejaculation) in men or, in this case, to enable a person to go through with an otherwise painful operation. Anal relaxant seems self-explanatory.

We could imagine a porn performer applying such compounds to make it through an especially taxing session; a prostitute to enable her to service many or just very well hung clients. Or the compound being applied to someone about to be raped or otherwise forced to have anal sex. Or being applied after such an event as the butt would hurt.
