An issue with underage stories.

Nobody is really disputing that dude. We all know the rules ( At least pertaining to this site.) You can bold your text, make it 50X larger, Break your keyboard while pressing the keys, etc.

We know.

That still doesn't change anything.

But it doesn't stop the same question being raised week after week after week for years.

Damn, I miss the "Does size matter?" question from the last site I left. But, I feel you. They are beating a dead horse.đź‘ đź‘ đź‘ Kant

Simple solution if the AH Mod and Manu go for it: Create an Underage Questions sub-forum. Start with a big fat sticky explaining LIT's rule. Then, every thread asking the same question gets moved there. The rest of us can ignore it all. (I wish we could do that with all these word game threads, too.)

Seems to me that many of the people who complain about Lit's age rule are folks who've been burned by having one or more of their own stories rejected for breaking it, and their complaints are sour grapes.

I wonder how many of those same poeple are among those who think it's fine, as either writer or reader, to flout Amazon's rule against incest—if one can get away with it.

Why isn't Amazon's rule as important to them as Lit's?

The "child porn" complaint won't wash. No living children are harmed in the telling of underage stories, any more than any real sisters are fucked in the telling of incest stories.

Post in wrong thread - Oops.

Moved to Blurt Thread.

Thank you TxRad for the heads up.
