I hate to point out the obvious but this is a bulletin board forum that people ask for help from the readers and get responses. Though your point about everyone enjoying different things is a valid one, people also have different opinions and in here it is completely acceptable to voice those opinions. I don't think anyone on here is trying to straighten out someone else's life.....just giving their opinion to the question asked!
As for my opinion on this subject....I say go for the therapy! This is a line that was not meant to be crossed and can screw up a person's head for the rest of their lives.

Yes, this is supposed to be an advise board and the holy-roller has right to give his thoughts and advice. However, the intent of this board is to provide constructive criticisms, not yelling and degrading someone...
With that said, why is it so wrong to have sex with a family member? And don't give me the usual screaming without any logic behind it. Leave your Sunday school teachings at home on this one. If you can't think for yourself, don't give any damn advice!
What's exactly is wrong with relieving yourself and your family partner if both are adults and are in agreement? Do you really think this is just a fantasy? I'm willing to bet that about 10% of us have done some type of incest but were either unaware of it or afraid to talk about it because it is soooo taboo. Sorry for getting worked up and swearing.
I was only trying to point out that brat was only talking about FANTASIES. But that person that responded to her post, was so blinded by his/her need to insult peoples way of thinking (different then his own), that he didn't understand her post. I agree people have right to their own opions, but I wish they would stay in their own forums. What would happen if one of us went to some moral-religious board and said they should think about incest or something like that. They would jump down our throat, and probably boot us off their forum. Right?? I don't see anyone trying to change their views on god, so why should we put up with them coming here and telling us we need theorpy for having a fantasy.

Maybe both people are consenting adults with contraception, but that does not change the emotional repurcussions. Imagine this:
A brother/sister, mother/son, son/father, whatever combo you choose has sex with the 3 above conditions met. They would want to keep it a secret, right? Of course, or they would be pariahs to their entire family/social circle. The problem with secrets is they nearly always come out sooner or later. Like when the son gets married and has three children. The wife finds out her hubby used to fuck his own sister/mother/brother/father. Wife gets freaked out and leaves hubby. Children are torn by divorce and pain all around. Sound like fun?
You've got to realize that with family, you'll be around these people for a very long time. Anything stupid you do will be around to haunt you for years. What if you and your incest partner somehow become enemies? Do you want what they know hanging over your head forever?
