Okay so picture this;
Husband and Wife have two children, Son and Daughter, (Around the same age, possible twins?) but they ended up splitting up and moving away from each other. The son with the husband, the daughter with the Wife, while the kids were young.
Now a college student, the son is going to move away from his dad to go to a specific holiday, luckily though the college hes moving too is the same one that his sister, who he hasn't seen since they were kids and he cant remember her too well, goes too as well. So, the father called up the mother, worked it out and the son will be moving in with his mother and sister while he goes to college.
When he arrives, its his sister that picks him up, giving him a hug, and maybe a light peck when they meet up. Now, not really knowing his sister, he saw her here for the first time in a long time, and really just saw a woman.
When he starts up at college, he makes a few friends, one of which comments on how hot his girlfriend is. When he asked what he was talking about, he found out that the guy saw him and his sister meeting up, and felt they were boyfriend and girlfriend. (Whether they look similar, or each holds similarity to a particular parent rather than each other, or whether the guy didn't get a good look at the girl, assumed they weren't related, is up to the Author)
Now, the brother was about to inform his friends that she was his sister, but for whatever reason, decided on that spur of the moment feeling, to big himself up and pretend that it was his girlfriend.
Guys bump into the girl at the college, and mention how they know her boyfriend, she from their explanations find out they mean her brother. She was just going to say that's her brother and hes pulling their legs, but she felt that rather than embarrass him like this, she could use it to her advantage for the moment. Possibly make him do chores or work for her, a little sisterly love kind of thing.
Where it goes from their is anybodies choice.
