I have more questions.:) I can't help it if getting inside your heads makes me wet. ;)

What trait do you have that would help you on "Survivor", and which trait would get you voted off?

Describe the best date you ever had.

If you were stranded anywhere (island, mountain, doesn't matter where)...what three songs would run through your mind? What three memories would you embrace, and find comfort in? If you had a choice, what three personal items would you choose to have?

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

What is your biggest fear?

I can survive anything,so that would keep me on. I am also a sarcastic bitch, which would not make me many friends.

Describe the best date you ever had.

I went out with a friend of my sisters, who had just broken up with his girlfriend. It was a nice date, something to eat and a movie. But afterward as we were sitting and talking,he laid upon me a kiss that to this day,has not been topped. That was my best date.

Too bad he went back to the ex girlfriend.

Drowning by the BSB,Have you ever? by Brandy,Faithfully by Journey

I would remember each of my childs faces. I have 3 kidlets.

I would have a toothbrush, solar rechargable batteries, and my Mr Pinky.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Its just shit that someone threw on you. You can either leave it on and wallow in it,or you get up and wash it off.

What is your biggest fear?

Dying a painful death.

Resourcefulness & bushcraft. Like Rudy, the inability to give in to the nasty "sub-rosa" bullshit.

Describe the best date you ever had.

Me - our Tenth Anniversary - a "dirty weekend" in Niagara-On-The-Lake - Dinner in a 1795 Inn, a play at the Shaw Festival Theatre, fabulous nookie (hours of it! ;)) and a tour around the various Niagara wineries and vineyards the way home to the baby.

She - our First Anniversary - a fabulous "Prix Fixe" dining experience at a neat little restaurant in Edmonton, Alberta - and a memorable afterwords back home in our apartment.

If you were stranded anywhere (island, mountain, doesn't matter where)...what three songs would run through your mind? What three memories would you embrace, and find comfort in? If you had a choice, what three personal items would you choose to have?

Beethoven's "Ode to Joy"
"Sounds of Silence" - S & G
"Aqualung" - Jethro Tull

The above "date", our son's birth - third place is hard - I wouldn't limit myself to three - even with the "Bleak Bits" - the highs have FAR outweighed the lows. ;)[/B]

Swiss Army knife, a good book and my sense of humour

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Believe in yourself - the details can be fixed - but to succeed, you need to rise above the assholes by following your conscience. What goes around comes around - put out Good stuff, and good comes back to you.

What is your biggest fear?

Not following the immediate above :D

I don't quit/Idon't quit

Describe the best date you ever had.

First date, things got all goofed up in the beginning and we ended up not meeting at the appointed place. When we did finally get together, it was all deep looks... holding hands. Headed straight up to the mountains, had lunch at a mountainside cafe, there was a deck overlooking the valley....the first kiss....amazing...later , back in the valley we had a great lobster dinner, followed by the best mind blowing sex I've ever had. Pretty good date :)

The songs would vary, I have a milllion

I have snapshots of specific moments in my kids lives...I replay them often

Pillow/HK USP/pocket knife

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Listen carefully when someone givs you advice, then go and do what you're going to do

What is your biggest fear?

Looking silly answering questions :D

You want me to be contemplative this early in the day? :D OK, I'll try. . .

What trait do you have that would help you on "Survivor", and which trait would get you voted off? I was a Girl Scout, and have been a Scout leader, so I can make a fire, find someplace dry to sleep and hopefully scrounge up some food.

I'm shy and quiet until you get to know me, then I'll tell it like I see it. . .even if it's going to piss you off. One of those two traits would probably do it.

Describe the best date you ever had.
This was just a few weeks ago. A male friend asked me out to dinner. I said sure and we picked a day. I never asked where we were going. I assumed we would decide closer to the time. A day or two before the day in question, I asked how I should dress. He said he would be wearing his work clothes and then asked if I was going to ask where we were going. I asked, to which he countered with "Don't you want it to be a surprise?" Of course, I played along. The day before our "date" he emailed me that he was really looking forward to our dinner. That made me smile.

The date itself was very nice. Dinner was excellent. Conversation was lively. All in all, something I haven't experienced in a very, very long time.

If you were stranded anywhere (island, mountain, doesn't matter where)...what three songs would run through your mind? What three memories would you embrace, and find comfort in? If you had a choice, what three personal items would you choose to have?

Songs: "Rocky Mountain High"; "Stairway to Heaven"; something classical to lull me to sleep.

Memories: The birth of my daughter; vacationing at the beach; the last time I talked to my mom.

Personal items: Journal and pen; my newest toy; pillow.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you? That in order for those around me to be happy, I needed to take care of myself and be happy as well.

What is your biggest fear? That I will fail as a parent.

What trait do you have that would help you on "Survivor", and which trait would get you voted off?

I have no idea. I am proud to say I have never watched an episode of Survivor.

Describe the best date you ever had.

I was camping with a couple friends during spring break a couple years ago. I met a woman near the edge of a lake one night, and we talked until morning. We never learned each other's names, but I really felt like I connected with her. I haven't seen her since.

If you were stranded anywhere (island, mountain, doesn't matter where)...what three songs would run through your mind? What three memories would you embrace, and find comfort in? If you had a choice, what three personal items would you choose to have?
"Clint Eastwood", Gorillaz
"Days Go By", Dirty Vegas
"Digital Love", Daft Punk

Memories of home. I don't really have anything specific for this one.

1) A vehicular means of leaving wherever I am, 2)Enough extra fuel to get home, and 3), a map showing me exactly where the hell I am.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

It wasn't given to me specifically, but the best advice I've ever heard was this:

"The best way to defeat an enemy is to make him your friend."
-Abraham Lincoln

What is your biggest fear?

That's easy. Angering Cthulhu.

*I'm not big on competition, but I do get off on a challenge. I am slow to get to the point of truly feeling the passion in the challenge, but once I get there, I'm hell. ;) The more I accomplish, the more I want to push myself, so I think my willingness to see just how stubborn I can be would be a great asset.
I'm a softie....that would do me in.

Describe the best date you ever had.

*I haven't been on very many real "dates".
I think it would have to be my first...my Mom made me wait in my room so that I would not appear eager, and when she answered the door and he asked if I was ready, the little traitor said "no, but I am!" ;)
He took me to see "The Goodbye Girl". I was all of 17, (he was a 21 year old college boy) and I had not a clue what happened in that movie because he held my hand the whole time, and no guy had ever done that. At the very end, it got quite sad, and I couldn't help myself, i collapsed on the seat in front of me and just wept. He leaned over and gently stroked my back, and let me just sit there with my head down until I stopped. So sweet....when he took me home later, he walked me to the door and gave me the most tender little kiss, until my Mom, the jealous one, turned the porch light on....*rolls eyes*
We had quite the little long distance romance, until I got the "Dear John" letter in the mail....
OMG...I just remembered something! About 6 years ago, he hunted me down through my parents and got my Dad to give him my address. He sent me a card with a message attached that apologized to me for breaking my heart...and said that he wished he had never let me go. (His marriage had just ended, and he later told me on the phone that it was the first time in his life anyone had left him....)
Wow!

If you were stranded anywhere (island, mountain, doesn't matter where)...what three songs would run through your mind? What three memories would you embrace, and find comfort in? If you had a choice, what three personal items would you choose to have?
"People", Barbra Streisand.
"Shameless", Garth Brooks
"Lights/Stay Awhile" Journey

*Memories of my grandmother, the births of my children, and that first kiss from my first love because it started snowing on us, right as we kissed. Later on my birthday, he have me a snowflake charm....:) I also will always treasure all the daisies he used to pick for me from the side of the road, no matter how far out it took him, or how long.

*toothbrush/toothpaste, pen/paper/, a suspense or true crime novel.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

*"If life gives you lemons, make lemonade"
"Treat others the way you want to be treated"

What is your biggest fear?
*Not seeing my children grow up.....and knives.

What trait do you have that would help you on "Survivor", and which trait would get you voted off?

I'd get voted off cause of my health problems. Without that, I'd win.

Describe the best date you ever had.
All of them were things to cherish for one reason or another

If you were stranded anywhere (island, mountain, doesn't matter where)...what three songs would run through your mind?

Tough question...
Shine on you Crazy Diamond, something classical, and something very hard.

What three memories would you embrace, and find comfort in?

No clue. Probably ones of success and failure.

If you had a choice, what three personal items would you choose to have?
A picture or two, a pound of herb, and a lighter.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Hot things hurt.

What is your biggest fear?
Dying soon.

I think my sense of humor would help me get along with the other people & I also think my impatience would get me voted off ..

Describe the best date you ever had.The best date I have ever had was when we first met @ the park. I was so nervous about seeing him. I had butterflies in my stomach. We decided to meet @ that certain park & then go from there.. I got there & he was sitting on a bench. He looked so handsome. We decided to go for a walk around the park & then went off to have some breakfast. Afterwards we went back to the park & as we were walking he took both my hands and kissed them. To this day he still takes both my hands & kisses them.

What trait do you have that would help you on "Survivor", and which trait would get you voted off?

I have the trait of cooperation...I'd probably get voted off though for being sick since I don't know if I could handle eating the stuff they have to eat!

Describe the best date you ever had.

Relaxing by the lake in the back of an SUV and giving and receiving oral sex for the first time as the moon shone down on the rippling waves.

"Trouble" from the Music Man

"Gethsemane" from Jesus Christ Superstar

"Yellow Submarine" by the Beatles

I would remember Christmases growing up, the women I have loved, and my college years.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Be yourself and don't be afraid to ask a woman out. All they can do is say "no".

What is your biggest fear?

Fear of failure most likely.

What is your biggest fear?

Dang, Miss I.

Needy aren't you.:D

Mind if I just pick a few?

I think my common sense, knowledge of nature and plain old stubbornness would make me a survivor.

I wouldn't get voted off.;)

I can't think of songs right now but I can think of memories...

I would remember my kids growing up and think of what they might be doing now. I would remember lovers and what it will be like to have them again. I would remember any and all the possibilities of getting of the island.

Personal items...hmmm...

A really good plant identification book (well, I could make it personal with notes in the margin). My silk dresses (I know that's multiple but think of it as a collection). My pillows (I know, another collection).

My biggest fear? Something I treasure within myself will never be fully expressed the way I yearn it to.

Describe the best date you ever had.
The one after I met the girl who would become my wife. We met at a mutual friends birthday and spent the night talking (even though her friends were warning her off me. What can I say, I used to be a real shit.). At the end of the night I took her home but nothing happened. No one believed us. The next time we met it was as if we'd never been apart.

I'd get voted off because I'm honest and won't keep my mouth shut if people are being stupid and have no patience for political games.
