Among the dressers... Traps?

I know it's far more often fantasy than reality, but among cross-dressers and their lovers, how many enjoy the idea of trapping? Of being so believably female that a male thinks it to be true, even all the way into bed where the surprise is popped.
Whether this means the man submits to the realization, the realization is forced in a hole to drive the point, or if he still treats the dresser as a lady and simply uses what's available, that's more than likely individual's preference. But my curiosity is, just how many people picture or desire this kind of interaction with cross-dressers?

Love the idea and included it in some of my stories where the guy didn't know it was a CD sucking him off or when the CD is known and treated as a lady until the last minute.
