Healthcare is a stalemate, he'll still be working on that when he leaves office.

The economy isn't stagnant by any measure, the illegals probably won't get amnesty (though I was wrong on health care so maybe I'm wrong again. One can hope.) We didn't get socialized medicine sadly.

Healthcare was not a stalemate. He didn't what he wanted but he definitely moved the game.

Social Security is no where near gone. Even if nobody changes anything it'll last until 2030 last I checked and somethign will change.

I haven't looked at education (not that I know how you'd measure it after 4 years anyhow) but I'll take your word for it.

He'll be remembered for Obamacare, Don't Ask Don't Tell, saving the US economy (Bush won't get credit he deserves here because Republicans have spent 4 years trying to forget when TARP started), ending two wars, being black and probably for an obstructionist congress that fucked him at every turn.
