Amazon's latest 'glitch'

Sales are vanishing, literally.

I've lost 8 sales this morning. They are not showing up as returns, just gone. I went to their community forum and first thread I saw was about this. People have contacted amazon, but no surprise there's been no response.

This is about the fourth/fifth 'glitch' they've had in the last couple of months.

I bet they’re upgrading their software (maybe “upgrade” should be in quotes.)

I’ve never seen, personally of professionally, a new software release go unaccompanied by hypercare issues.

Issue is this 'upgrade'-and I did see someone posting that there's a lot of changes going on in 'operations'-is taking sales and money from people.

Like everyone else I like sales and money, but I've reached a point where I'm debating removing all but one of my books from there(keep one to keep the account open) because just giving money away isn't a good thing.

I'll give this latest update a few days to see if it reverses itself if not, they win the indy begone battle and I'll just sell on the other venues.
