Depends on how you define kink. In an older residence, I had a room with the general aesthetics and quite a large amount of aids, like cuffs and collars, whips and a Sybian. Also a swing. Eh. I teach from school, both virtual and f2f. My virtual classes have about 60 kids per. My f2f classes average about 15.
