And, thanks for clarifying the issue of budding breasts. Discussing sexual issues with reference to people under the age of 18 is not accetped by the community especially in that the discussion itself would be illegal and could lead to consequences for Laurel and Manu.

But when I was 11 and 12 years old, I used to hide in my sister's room (her closet, under the bed, behind curtains) to get a glimpse of her budding young breats. It really pissed her off when she caught me and she would run and tell mom and mom would yell at me.
It's wrong to perv on children, but watching a girl turn into a woman is to see a butterfly emerge from a cocoon. My sister went through a horrible ugly phase in her puberty. I used to call her "Parrotface" because her nose got so big. She's a beautiful woman now. Last time I saw her tits was right after she got a boob job.
