Am I going in the right direction here?

I have three stories up about a dominant boss and his employee. Since I mainly write from imagination, I don't know if I am getting this right. Some people seem to like it, but I wanted to ask you guys if I am on the right track with this story.
I'm currently working on chapter 4, and have some ideas...any suggestions from the more experienced BDSM crowd?

Oh, I didn't realize people couldn't access the stories with my name...I don't know how to post a link, and didn't want to fall afoul of any board rules.
I posted here because I figured that visitors to this discussion would more likely have some experience with the whole BDSM thing, and wanted to get some opinions. Like I dais, I write from imagination, it's usually pretty good, but advice from the experienced is always welcome...
