Not a thing. Apparently editors and writers have the same experience. People either never respond or they never get back to you or something.
However, if you are responding to or from a literotica.org account, there has been some spotty service here and there in the mail server.

I'd like to have the mail come to my aol address, but back when I was having trouble making my account work right, I tried making new literotica account, using my aol address, so now when I try to change the address to the aol one, it tells me someone else is using that email address.

If the problem with your account hasn't been fixed yet so that you get the mail at your preferred address, you should drop a line to webmaster@literotica.com so they can fix it for you. You can also PM Laurel who will pass it onto her Tech Guy.
Or, since the problem is that the database is set so that only one email address can have an account and that's not going to change, you can get a new aol address (or other service) just for that account and you can change to it. A little less convenient, perhaps, but it might help with the "filing".
