A bad guy? No. The female form was made to be noticed and lusted after. It's in that "Y" chromosome. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.

Do they know that's what they're doing and are they doing it deliberately? Probably some are, and probably the rest are just oblivious--they're dressing "stylish", not sexy. They don't understand what the male brain is thinking when they walk down the center aisle...
