We could maybe refer to her as Buffy or one of her movie names, while not directly referencing her legal name.

Buffy was Sarah, I don't even know who Alyssa plays on Charmed. Thought that might be a good way to go if you have somebody with the required fan knowledge to do a Charmed/Slayer cross over with the girls.
