I tried out Truth Social and found the promise of "free speech" was a bitter lie. I also found that since I am not interested in middle-right Christian libertarian memes, I was sort of bored. So here are alternatives I found:

The "decentralized" entry is a list of free speech servers using Mastodon/Pleroma via ActivityPub (remnants of GNU Social) on the Fediverse.
A quick word on how much free speech is actually available.

Apparently Truth Social is not doing too badly but is still tiny:

Almost every internet site uses CloudFlare or an alternative.

Decentralized in this case refers to how the Fediverse is a contexture of nodes which communicate with each other, so in theory is more resilient to failure, decay, attack, and censorship.
