Re: haikus, according to wiki (and some of the "experts" in the haiku thread in the Playground), a haiku is more structured - 3 lines (if in English) with the following number of syllables: 5-7-5. If it's in Japanese characters, it's written in a single vertical line.

Sometimes I write poems with free verse, but for short poems I find the structure of haikus comforting. Here's another one for you:

Light meets the darkness
Shadows play, creating form
Of curvaceous lass.

Well, when I said movie, I wasn't thinking Transformers. Actually, the coloring and darkness actually remind me of the end of Apocalypse Now. Of course, you're much prettier than an obese Marlon Brando

But really, these images would not be out of place in a slightly sinister, sexually charged art house film, one I'd get all pretentious and intellectual over but still have an erection the whole time.
