Make it a day where the aim is not to just jump in the sack, but to work up to that point slowly and almost painfully.

i was in a similer situation with my first boyfriend, i know what worked for me was to go out for the day, spend all day teasing each other somthing rotton, have the quick occasional feel to start the blood pumping, taking it as far as you dare in public. then when you get home haveing a meal, video, hot batvh, massage etc, just concentrate on charging the air with sexual tension, so when you do finally end up making love its fantastic!
