Ohh.. You're talking about that B-grade Flash file I saw on ConsumptionJunction.com.. With the trendy Jap-animation.. Still couldn't figure out what the hell that little movie was trying to convey.. I suppose I'll have another look..

The entire idea behind it was that it was an absolutely horrible translation.
It really wasn't popular at any one given time. It moves around when someone decides to spread the love. It's not the most amazing thing that you'll ever see, but it's great for a couple laughs.

Yeah, Zero Wing. The translations were the best part of the game.
They translated it from Japaneese to French cos one of the guys knew French and then used a French -> English dictionary to go from there.
Basically it means "I have taken over you base. Your entire base belongs to my faction"
The other big one is in the original metal gear. Snakes says "Uh oh! The Truck have started to move!"
