My wife had augmentation a couple years ago, from a b to full c cup. It was completely her idea, I was happy the way they were and the way they are now. She loves them so that is what matters. At first the swelling was so much she put Pam Anderson to shame, I mean her breasts were nearly swelling up to her neck. It took a few months for the swelling to go down. I will admit they certainly do help fill out a bikini top a lot better!
