Dunb question but how does thyroid stuff affect you?

Bummer for poking... good for initial non cancerous info.

I know it can effect your appetite and weight gain. Can also effect sleep. I know my brother is on medication for his thyroid, his is nearly non functional. When he misses a dose he sleeps ALL THE TIME.

I hope it all goes well stag. Lots of thyroid things are 'benign' I think. doesn't make it stress free though, huh?

His sleep I notice the most for sure, he's a bit of a night owl anyway, always has been. He's on medication for depression. He hasn't missed any in a long time. When he moved back home from out of state he had a lapse in his prescription. He's managing better now. ❤
