just about any part i can suck between my teeth and bite down. Maybe grind just a little while I relish the squirming and moaning.

The fixation/ craving is much much worse when I'm also having the "metal cravings" I've learned to associate with pre-migraine symptoms.

Also... during a migraine i'm much less carefull about how hard.

I have to be very careful not to slide my teeth sideways at all. A slightly crooked bottom tooth juts up in a way that's not usually visible, but very sharp. I have sliced skin before (my own). Was trying to scratch a literal itch.

I've only ever tasted my own blood. but even that, during a migraine, was... disturbingly heavenly.

well and menstrual blood. not as good.

talking about it also brings up other memories.
