Alien Hand Syndrome

Saw a thing on TV about alien hand syndrome, normally occurs after brain trauma but a person’s hand can act without the person knowing it acting independently of the user. They can still control it to an extent but sometimes they fight with their own hand it turning on a light after they turned it off. Unbuttoning a button they just buttoned. I was wondering what if though a woman started being molested by their own wondering hand.

When I saw the thread title, my mind supplied an image of getting a hand-job from E.T. Ughgh!!

But your idea is definitely a good one. It has been exploited many times in movies and TV (a recent House episode, for one) (and Evil Dead II). But I've never seen an erotic version. I like it! Instead of a woman's own hand, I'd have a guy whose hand molests women sitting next to him, and he has to try to explain that he can't control it.
